Ski Season 2012-2013Policies... v Posted rates are for one or two people, in a Deluxe Bedroom. Suites are available for additional cost. Ø King Suite: add $65 per night; Ø Queen Suite: add $85 per night; Ø Bunk Suite: add $55 per night. Ø Visit our Room Description Page v Stay any 5 nights or longer NON HOLIDAY period, and receive 20% discount. v 5 NIGHT SKIWEEK SPECIAL: Any Sunday Arrival for 5 Nights, NON HOLIDAY period, receives 20% discount. v All rates are subject to 9% state tax, 1% local tax and 10% resort fees. v Children ages 3 and under free with adults. v Summer Only: First two Children, ages 18 and under, are free with adults. v Pets Pets allowed with prior approval. Charges per pet: Ø $50.00 per night for the first two nights, Ø $25.00 per night for each additional night. Ø YOU MUST READ & SIGN OUR PET POLICY. v Payments Ø Booking Deposit: 50% of cost due at booking, cash check or credit card. Ø Balances paid on arrival (no personal checks). v Cancellations: Ø Non-Holiday Periods To receive a cash refund, a 21 day notice is required prior to the original arrival date. Ø Holiday Periods To receive a cash refund, a 45 day notice is required prior to the original arrival date. Ø All Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee. This charge will be 8% of the deposit amount, or $50.00, whichever is greater.

All of our rates include breakfasts, lodging in spacious, deluxe rooms, full use of all hotel amenities, and our fine service.

Rates are per room per night, for one or two people, before tax and resort fees are added.

In addition to our deluxe rooms, we have several bedroom suites that offer a little more privacy to your stay.

Deluxe Room  (fully appointed, spacious guest rooms) 2 double beds, or 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, or 1 king bed, or 2 double beds and a trundle bed. Our standard.

Queen Suite  (an additional $85.00 per night)
2 Queen Beds, living room sleep sofa, trundle bed.

King Suite  (an additional $65.00 per night)  
1 King Bed, living room sleep sofa, trundle bed.

Junior Suite  (an additional $55.00 per night)
1 King Bed, separate room with sleep sofa.
